print

At the time of ECWM4, EcoBuild was a competence centre for cooperation between universities, institutes and industry. The centre, now a competence platform, was at that time located in the Stockholm campus site of KTH and SP Technical Research Institute of Sweden (now RISE). The 35 industrial partners covered the whole range from small and medium-sized enterprises to large international corporations, and several of them were based abroad. The centre was estimated to have a turnover of ca. 100 MSEK during the period 2007-2012. VINNOVA, the Knowledge Foundation and the Swedish Foundation for Strategic Research contributed with 40 MSEK. The industry co-financed EcoBuild with cash contributions and their own work. At the time of ECWM4, approx. 100 persons were connected on the activities of EcoBuild.
